I joined the Project Team, which were working on implementing an Ariba Catalogue at Rio Tinto. I was the working face of the project building relationships between sites and suppliers. Influencing mindset changes to MRO Team and the end user community in sharing the value that Ariba Catalogue would bring to sites and suppliers. Clear data analysis, cost reductions and potential for growth. Essential in Quebec to the success of any project.

Hired to re-engage with internal customers, stakeholders and suppliers across the Atlantic Region to clean up and realign with Rio Tinto policies and standards. I transformed the travel category by building an SRM relationship, which was non-existent and permitted me in critical situations to interact directly with key supplier management to resolve issues.
