I bring a breath of fresh air to global logistics processes: From the optimization of sea, air and road transports to the introduction of sustainable rail transports to China, I focus on innovation and efficiency. With a focus on process stability and cost efficiency, I ensure the resilience of our supply chains and monitor global markets to identify risks at an early stage and take action. My mission? To make processes leaner, greener and more sustainable.

As the head of a team that managed a €150 million budget, I made transportation processes from the EMEA region smarter and faster. I introduced new hub locations, optimized the 4PL operating model and kept our supply chains stable even in turbulent times like the Ukraine conflict. My highlight? Introducing new logistics structures and sustainable solutions such as pharma rail transports to China.

Together with my team, I successfully introduced the Overland sub-project and thus created new standards for our company. By developing a centralized 4PL model and introducing a middleware platform, we have significantly increased transparency and efficiency in the transport and export processes. The result? A project that was completed within budget and on time - with measurable success, a new supply chain world was created.

We developed the site from an external warehouse in Berlin into a global Bayer distribution center supplying around 590 customers in some 200 countries worldwide. With a team of up to 40 employees, we have optimized processes, introduced GDP-compliant transport packaging solutions, revolutionized warehouse processes and centralized Bayer's export processes. Transfer of processes from existing IT systems to P2R, TM/3 & E44 (SAP) and migration of master data to P2R & E44 (customers, orders, etc.) through to the adaptation of organisational structures. The result? the successful SAP implementation for the former Schering AG.

In addition to my previous tasks, I was responsible for tenders and contract management for CEP services for the Berlin location. The focus here was on analysing customer requirements, (e.g. for clinical trials) and customer consulting.

Preparing the required export documents, placing orders with forwarding agents, monitoring transport services. Monitoring the transport markets and drawing up proposals to reduce costs and speed up processes.

Disposition of import and export shipments for countries Switzerland, Austria, Italy and the UK. Preparation of customs documents, pricing, preparation of quotations and customer support.

Responsibility for order entry and dispatch of long-distance shipments as well as control of shipments.
