I lead and manage a remarkable team of consultants. In essence, my role is to ensure that our consultants have the necessary skills, tools and experience to help businesses achieve more ROI and engagement from their email marketing/marketing automation strategies. I am responsible for helping achieve our ambitious growth plans and engage with the senior management team to develop and implement sales strategies.

My core responsibility was to achieve a personal monthly sales target as well as ensure consistent growth with existing clients. In this time period I grew my monthly recurring billing by 575%. By the end of the role I was managing over 600 hundred signed accounts with an assistant account manager, consistently hitting target and in addition, training and developing a team of consultants.
