Head of SRAN System Program responsible for introducing a new product merging 4G, 3G and 2G Radio Access Technologies into one SingleRAN BTS. Consisting out numerous System Programs with resources in various countries and locations (several thousand people). Member of the Business Line leadership team (senior management).

Head of a WCDMA mainline System Program, which consists out of various sub-projects and functions in different countries and locations (several thousand people). Member of the Business Line leadership team (senior management).

3G System Program Manager repsonsible for various sub-projects and functions in different organizations with resources in ten different locations (~ 150 people). Member of the R&D leadership team.

Head of a Project Management group, responsible for coordinating the world market introduction of various GSM/EDGE, WCDMA and Broadband Wireless mobile network infrastructure products and radio network software releases.

Project lead for introducing the Chinese 3rd generation mobile telecommunication system, TDSCDMA within the Service division.

Introduction of SBS (Siemens Base Station) tool & test equipment including. Investigation and assessment of new tool & test equipment. Requirement specification and test specification generation. Testing & product release of tool & test equipment. Writing of user manuals. On-call customer support (world-wide). Fault reporting & follow up. Training and enabling of personnel. Interacting with international partners insuring smooth product introduction.

Responsible for SBS (Siemens Base Station) and Motorola Base Station test labs. Hardware and Software support, database administration, configuration, and support to GSM test lab customers. SDE (Small Digital Exchange) and OFDC (Optical Fibre Distribution Centre) fixed network telecommunication systems test lab support. IN (Intelligent Networks) test lab Hardware configuration. Second in charge of the department. Representing the department on project meetings. Budget and infrastructure planning.
