IT umfasst Betreuung der technischen Infrastruktur, der eingesetzten Kernsysteme und der Eigenentwicklungen sowie IT Risk Management und Providersteuerung.

Coordination of any product, regulatory or efficiency related initiative impacting local Operations with the different service providers and global departments. Investment controlling and compliance according to German regulations and funds’ prospectuses for all German domiciled iShares ETFs.

Leading various strategic and operational process consulting and financial risk management and controlling projects such as due diligence merger of operations of a German Asset Manager and its Luxembourg subsidiaries; strategic evaluation of back office outsourcing or the alternative implementation of a new system; Founding of a Luxembourg domiciled ETF-business; Analysis and restructuring of various departments at multiple asset management companies; Risk management outsourcing
