As part of the creation of EADS Defence and Communication Systems (DCS) Middle East (now Airbus Defence and Space), in charge of establishing the Middle East Project Management Group in Abu Dhabi, as a Centre of Competence for Project Management and Project Control, for all projects and bids in the area.

Deputy and personal adviser to the head of a Franco/German Business Unit in the field of Military Command and Control Systems (C4I, C3I, C2, Interoperability), with delegated authority over the Business Unit activities. Support responsibility for all programs within the Business Unit (bid validation, MOU and industrial partnerships, reporting, etc.), with focus on risks & opportunities management, scheduling, progress & cost control, best practices propagation.

Business Unit manager and Program manager for the SIR system (Système d'Information Régimentaire), French Army's tactical battalion level Command & Control system (software, combat net radio-communications, tactical vehicles). Overall responsibility of the Program (over 120 staff, with 25 direct reports in the main prime-contractorship team, plus over 90 internal and external subcontractors). Operational management of corresponding business unit (circa 15M€ turnover).
