I'm in charge of the customer quality in Europe for Molex. Our main customers are PSA, Renault, Ford, and all the equip makers and harnesses makers linked. We manage quality effectivness by following KPY like, respons time to customers, customers score cards, PPM level. My goal is to manage good communication between our manufacturing plants in China, US, India, and my group of 5 CQE in order to improve the quality level and give always the best and the quickest answer to our customers.
