Coordinate with the Team Leader to start the test operation • Check all materials/PCB parts to be process in Micro-Tester/Reinhardt microelectronics test machine. • Operates/Program PCB circuit board one by one • Repair/Rework soldering parts that need to change in PCB board using manual soldering. • Install Adapter/Test connectors in machine. • Update/Change program depends on the type of PCB Circuit Board to be check. • Record all finish product and transfer to the next process.

Setting of Block/ceramic Plate to be process in Burn Heat Treatment procedure. Count manually and Arrange all Lots of the block and load in Stage that will put in the KILN oven. Set up the KILN Machine Depends on the item pattern and orientation. Monitoring of time if how long is the duration of firing process. Unloading all the Treated Items that will put on the next process. Arrange the Production Plan day by day. Ensure 5s is apply all the day.
