Tasks include: - Enabling and assisting business units to improve the use of existing data sources for operational and strategic decision-taking through creation of automated dashboards in Tableau and PowerBI - Development and expansion of AIDA data universe through implementation of new data sources of relevance for business units including pre-implementation data quality assesment

- Preperation of case studies, presentations and deep dive calculations for senior management - Coordination and organization of all CFO relevant business processes - Set-up of interdisciplinary reporting framework to enable company wide reporting opportunities - Creation of new reportings possibilities and transformation of existing reports into interactive dashboards in Tableau - Lead and coordination of projects of senior management relevance and with focus on efficiency

- Planning and execution of business development projects - Creation of interactive reportings and controlling dashboards in Excel and Tableau - Realization of month-end closing and forecast adjustments for a small operational department - General business partnering and Controlling to support operations - Implementation of new planning software solution EPM Cloud with variable planning mechanisms for more agility in planning and forecasting

- Insights in shoreside and shipboard organization with stays in different operational and strategic departments - Creation of different data analysis inside all rotational departments - Co-lead for IT set-up of XXL ship newbuild including business demand manamgement, vendor management, documentation and general project planning - Key coordination role during IT cyber incident to ensure company wide communication, documentation and reporting
