Chun-Yin Yu

My main duties were analyzing accident reports, reviewing changes on intersections via warrant studies, collecting data on traffic of local roads, inspecting traffic signals for repair records, inspecting and approving permit applications for oversize/overweight vehicles, reviewing design plans to meet standards, codes, and guidelines, observing and analyzing field sites, and using office equipment for transportation and traffic documentation.

Every week, I had helped and mentored students on math by providing tutoring session by appointments and drop-ins. If they needed further help, I scheduled appointments to them outside of regular hours so they could get the help they needed for their improvement.

I entered data on payroll information using VA database and monitored employees’ time sheet for proper recording of work hours. I reported to supervisor daily for completion, discrepancies, and other problems. I sorted documents in terms of priority, importance, and alphabetical and numerical order.
