Lead the core team of SalesForce.com CRM specialists in charge for the reliable development and operation of the global CRM system. Responsible for managing the relationship with international managers in Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and executive business stakeholders, analysing their business requirements and driving the design, development and implementation of CRM solutions and SFDC platform for the Sonova Group.

In an EMEA business transformation program targeting 22 EMEA operating companies, PM for Holcim's CRM/MDM/Offering process and application roll-out; Order to Cash (O2C) Business Process Expert responsible for process definition and alignment, training management, business analysis for planning and CRM applications, and tool roll-out. Head of Business Process Competence Center, responsible for business continuity and department closing (2011).

Managed a program ensuring the run-mode and continuous improvement of the sales planning process and tool for Holcim’s EMEA companies. Led the development of customized planning processes and tools for Russia and Azerbaijan Enhanced operational efficiency through planning process optimization and integration in the daily operations.

Coordinate the European implementation of an SAP-based Sales Planning tool. Acted as European Key User, improving the communication with the operating companies. Trained 100+ EMEA employees, developed, authored and deployed an interactive, web-based training platform.

Managed the relationship with HP and Microsoft for Europe and Middle East, developing stronger relationship and go to market.

Proactively supported the Senior Partner Business Managers in managing the relationship with key Independent Software Vendor (ISV) and System Integrator (SI) partners. Enhanced and simplified the monthly EMEA funnel reporting.

Performed telecom market, business and gap-fit analyses. Designed and implemented company’s processes for sales, solution implementation, support and change request management. Drafted answers to Requests For Information (RFI) and Requests For Proposal (RFP). Presented solutions to customers, participated to commercial negotiations.

Managed international training projects for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Business Intelligence (BI) applications. Authored training literature and interactive materials, product presentations and web site content. Delivered trainings internationally, training 50+ employees of different mobile operators. Represented the company at international industry fairs.

Authored marketing materials, end user and technical documentation for CRM and BI applications. Improved the functionality and user-friendliness of a CRM system.
