• As Director of the product development team of Asia Pacific, my primary goal is to develop the regional organization in alignment with the global product strategy, supporting regional and global business • I manage an international team located in China, Korea, India • My team includes Product Engineers, Technical Program Managers, Prototype and Testing Function, Quality and Finance specialists

• Established a new R&D center of Sofima Industrial Shanghai • Responsible for product development, design, prototypes construction and testing laboratory. • In charge of China Heavy Duty and Hydraulics R&D

• Manager of the R&D center at Sofima Automotive Filter Shanghai, in charge of product development and project management, design, prototypes construction and testing laboratory. • Responsible of China R&D (two sites) and functional responsibility on our subsidiaries in India and Korea.

As Project Manager, in charge to manage key/strategic projects of the Group with important OEM customers, e.g. Volkswagen / AUDI / PSA. I managed the team activities and had direct contacts with all the company departments, and direct contact to the OEM customers.
