Researches and recommends sources of quality candidates supporting Weill Cornell Medical College in Qatar (WCMC-Q) staffing needs. Leads workforce planning with department leaders and Finance. Full recruitment cycles ownership. Other responsibilities include providing support on periodic training to department leadership on effective recruiting techniques. Managing vendor relationships as directed. Assists in establishing processes for the college that will be followed in the hiring of new candidates.

Involvement in a full cycle and high volume recruitment for corporate and operations: Technical, Executive and Managerial roles. Engagement on employee relation´s clusters, customer satisfaction, succession planning and Qatarization. Identification and analysis of areas for improvement within Business units.

My scope of work was to provide senior level candidates to 5 consultants that work across 6 different industries; Human Resources, Finance, Information Technology, Sales, Marketing and Legal, all within the Business Services Team.
