I taught English to students aged 3-18 years old. I obtained certifications in TEFL, Cambridge TKT, and Chinese language proficiency. I carried out administrative tasks such as monthly progress reports for students, bi-weekly parent-teacher meetings, and recruitment activities for prospective students. I liaised with parents, students, student advisors, and teachers to build a cohesive unit aimed at holistically improving the learning experience for students.

I facilitated sessions on Women’s Reproductive Health and Rights, at a national conference. I sensitized low-income community members on food security and budgeting. I developed an after-school program that included IT-training, music, sports, drama, and academic tutoring. I lead a team of teachers in conducting college preparation courses. I teachers in the monitoring of class progress. I conducted training sessions on how to implement current methodologies and pedagogical practices.
