• Human resources for the department that I was in charge of – Incoming Global Volunteer Program; • International human resources – directly coordinating the international volunteer who came in Craiova on the project that my department organized; • Promoting the projects that my department organized to various institutions – kindergartens, schools, high schools, NGOs, public institutions; • Planning, managing and tracking the social and community development projects that my department organized.
