Ranked in the top 10% as individual contributor. Principal Investigator of the R&TD Strategic Initiative `Advanced Modeling and Simulation for Large Apertures'. Developed a finite element based software framework with a team of CAE experts. The code performs thermal and structural analysis including optical results processing, is MATLAB hosted and consists of high performance server modules. Evaluated the Sierra software from Sandia National Laboratory for nonlinear .

MSC Software
Managed the development and life cycle of a $90M software product from 2002 to 2005. Led a team of 45 developers, delivered two major MSC.Nastran releases (2004 and 2005), achieved ISO 9000 certification. Led projects in nonlinear structural analysis, developed elements and algorithms in NASTRAN, DYNA and DYTRAN. Conducted customer funded projects in automotive and aerospace engineering. Had started his career working with pioneers in the industry, MSC founder Dr.R.H. MacNeal and HONDO author Dr.S.W. Key.
