In my capacity as Software Development Manager at Discovery Vitality, I directed multiple teams focussed on new feature development, growth initiatives, new sales platforms, revitalized old benefits reaching 10+ million users and introduced RPA for organisational optimisation.

While at Entelect Software as a Development Team Lead, I was responsible for the delivery management for the largest existing client. The role required me to work in a full-time capacity at Discovery Vitality while maintaining client relations, human capital planning and Entelect management standards.

At Red Oxygen Multimedia, I led technological innovation, directed budget planning, fostered client engagement, and managed HR as Head of Systems. Orchestrating our IT landscape, I aligned tech solutions, business goals and capacity planning to deliver quality products consumed by a large audience. I also excelled in HR and talent management, nurturing a dynamic team that thrived in our evolving tech environment.

I was a Java and C++ engineer doing consulting work for South African businesses as part of Softworks, providing software solutions and systems architecture to align to requirements.
