• Safeguard supplier capacity (including audits) • Management of supplier deliveries crisis situation (including insolvency), supporting implementation of short and long term activities to keep the production at the expected level • Development and management of cross-functional task force, whenever the situation is applicable • Maintenance of vendor tooling data, making sure that current system is monitoring the tooling lifetime • Responsible for reporting system to all stakeholders

• Training on site and continuous support of Low Cost Countries (hands-on) • Development of the quality aspects for the web based supplier portal • Leading and improving global supplier performance • Responsible for global reporting of supplier KPIs

• Coordination of SQDs, Measurement and Material’s Laboratory, Incoming Inspection and Scrap area • Providing training and workshops for suppliers towards quality tools of project management and problem solving • Development of internal supplier’s database for management of supplier’s KPIs • Management of supplier’s tools (pressure die casting, die casting, iron casting, pressings) regarding tooling lifetime and replacement • Responsible of suppliers APQP developments linked with Customer’s APQP

• Material test (according ISO / DIN standards), finished products test (according customers standards), new products and benchmarking test (according customers and internal standards), support to new products development (according APQP methodology), cost reduction analysis, 5S introduction, survey, update and Quality Statistics organization (internal scrap, internal PPM, target of test developments, PAPP developments), Internal Auditor QS 9000 – 3rd Edition.

• Project, product development, production planning and Escalator process development, operational procedure development (for factory production), SPC Introduction at factory, Kanban analysis, survey, update and organization of the drawing existing at the factory and also internal Auditor according NBR ISO 9001.

• Lathe CNC implementation and start of production, with purchase of tools and development of all process related to machining using techniques of programming in machine or software CAM.

• Apprentice in Maintenance department, targeting knowledge and experience in conventional machines elements, semi automatics and computerized machines.
