Audit projects up to 700M€ in the three business areas performing: - An operational assessment (contractual, procurement, human resources, business development) to highlight the weaknesses and improvement areas - A financial analysis (cost controlling, budgeting, accounting, payroll and treasury) to ensure figures’ accuracy, efficient processes and corrects level of provision for risks - Acquisition: financial and operational Due Diligence of a North American Company (turnover circa. 300 MCAD).

- Manage a team of 2 people for the Financial controlling of the 5 regional business units - Provide regular reporting (incl budget deviations) and advises to the board of management - Participate in the monitoring and development of systems and procedures to maintain the accuracy of the financial information - Develop and present financial forecasts for 1 to 3 years to the CEO - Implement the new financial Group software (SAP BW, 400K€ budget)

Master in International Business Specialisation in Corporate Finance (company evaluation, financial engineering, IFRS norms) Major in Entrepreneurship (projects management, set-up of new company)

Equivalent to a second year undergraduate diploma in Business management & Economics
