•Primary eCollaboration interface with strong external customer focus of high demanding customers such as General Motors, Ford, Daimler, or Jaguar Landrover. This includes fast reaction times, and the internal management and coordination of incoming requests across all ZF functions and departments.

•Managed and coordinated ZF’s sourcing decision board weekly by organizing timetables for procurement cases. Hosted meetings and took meeting minutes. Collaborated with a cross-functional team across all hierarchies. Acted as worldwide contact person for commodity buyer and manager. •Constantly pursued follow ups with commodity buyers to meet the boards decisions and conditions of presented cases/ corrective actions.

•Sole accountability for accounts payable of all internal and external vendor accounts related to billing status and payment process. •Managed everyday project specific operations to restore homes and enterprises damaged by flooding, fire, or windstorm. This included the coordination and management of contacts with insurance companies, subcontractors, and clients. •Responsible to invoice finished projects as well as launch and implement new ones.
