Leadership for Impact student club is a group of multidisciplinary students that is focused on creating impact on the social sector through the knowledge and skills developed at Nova SBE. While working in close partnership with LFI Knowledge Center, our focus is to promote the sustainable development of knowledge in the social sector and reduce social inequity by stimulating initiatives that inspire the creation of more articulated and efficient responses to societal issues.

Analysed metrics and created reports that will guide the decision-making process for the digital strategy; Supported the strategy team in planning projects and strategic workshop; Identified relevant business opportunities within the Ecosystem; Executed systematic research and analysed current market developments; Responsible for the determination and preparation of important key figures for the team; Supported the Digital Office in all organisational and administrative matters

Followed a Procurement Analysis & Optimisation Project; Analysed and optimised the procurement organisation in the German business with all regarding spends in scope; Identified concrete requirements from departments via in-depth interviews with 12 executives; Conceptualised a target procurement organisation including structure and processes; Presented final results in front of the Senior Management

Coordinated and built various Google Adwords campaigns from international customers; Improved ad’s online visibility leading to a Google ranking 9,5 with 10 being the highest; Adapted bidding strategies, executed keywords research and built backlinks; Developed my SEA & SEO skills

Managed 30+ relationships; Pre-screened 40+, interviewed 8+, selected and recruited 2 sales professionals; Created a solution to improve global product and packaging communication among job boards by integrating a communication application; Assisted the sales department with data analysis and competitors reviews; Executed research analysis for the marketing team
