I was in charge of coordinating schedules, arranging truck deliveries, setting up carriers, adjusting cargo loading, issuing and preparing export documentation, and handling overall tasks related to exporting through communication with German shipping companies and Korean companies via email in German, Korean, and English. Through this experience, I learned and performed various tasks related to the culture of German companies and overall import-export transactions between Korean and German companies.

I independently planned and wrote an overseas market research report for an export voucher program. I used a Korean program to write the report based on the analysis of the previous report. I established a framework based on the requested product and country, and analyzed and selected the appropriate country using indicators and PEST analysis. Using the information gathered from the research, I conducted a SWOT analysis to reach a conclusion and completed the report before leaving the company.
