As an assistant of the Country Manager France as well as a member of the Customer Care Department, my daily tasks were to ensure the quality of the content of the website www.keller-sports.fr by following the advices of the Content Department but also by taking initiatives, advising customers, supporting my managers in the elaboration of improved processes. Furthermore, I was in charge of adapting the marketing to the French customers and improving the efficiency of our newsletter.

Training for obtaining the Youth Summer Camp Manager Diploma, I led two summer camps for teens and pre-teens during summer 2013, with a trip to Cyprus and stay in fixed in the Arcachon basin. Within the operations team of the Grand Stade Lille Métropole , my mission was to market the receptive areas of the stadium and to organize corporate events for companies wishing to use the structure for seminars, meetings, team building or general meetings. Each event was tailored to customer needs. Also, I assisted the sales manager for the organization of sports and cultural events.
