Tractable AI, a hypergrowth SaaS provider for the insurance industry, develops AI for accident and disaster recovery. Tractable has been the first unicorn for computer vision in the financial service industry, backed by $115M from North American VCs, and consists of a top-notch team of >250 Professionals from AI Research, SaaS, and Industry Experts. Cornelius spearheaded the regional market entry into D/A/CH and Nordics. During his time at Tractable, the company grew revenues >600% and FTE from 40 to >250.

Munich Re is the global leading reinsurer with >40 bn EUR premium and >200 bn EUR AuM, providing reinsurance, primary insurance, and insurance-related risk solutions, while being at the forefront of the digital revolution in the insurance market. Cornelius worked across the entire reinsurance business spectrum (products, markets, business models, digitalisation). He successfully managed a reinsurance portfolio (>130 Mio EUR premium, >20 insurance customers) with focus on new business generation.
