- Timely and accurate preparation, consolidation and review of monthly operating expenses accruals; - Timely placement of purchase orders in line with requests received from budget responsible; - Timely and accurate codification of invoices in order to ensure payments to suppliers are made according to contracts terms; - Consolidate, analyze, and monitor operating budgets: liaise with budget owners to collect information, analyze inputs received and ensure alignment with commercial plans;

Key Responsibilities: Identify key decision makers within prospected targets Effectively communicate the Smaato value proposition Work closely with other sales team members in Demand and Supply Sales globally Provide customers with quotations, negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales Update the CRM system (Salesforce) Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on buying trends Represent company at trade exhibitions, conferences and events to promote Smaato solutions
