I started my career with Hampton Consulting Group as a consultant and after 3 successful years was promoted to Senior Manager and then Partner. My final role as Partner was to build up the company profile and client base and to ensure consultants were given ongoing training and development.

As a consultant my role was to build up the company profile and expand the client base whilst giving a professional service to clients.
