Responsible for Meta4 HR corporate and local payroll system in Latin America (Mexico, Brazil, Colombia and Argentina). Acting as technical leader to identify and implement solutions to problems affecting HR IT services. Responsible for the projects implementation management, such as coordination and follow up between outsourcing and Gemalto (each country). Also responsible to provide Human Resources users training and support.
