• Accountable for the end-to-end delivery of projects and programs for Manufacturing/Machine Tool Manufacturer in EU. • Manage offshore development centres in Vietnam (100+ FTE) with 20+ projects running parallel and responsible for P&L of €7 million annual revenue. • Experienced with Smart Manufacturing/Industry 4.0 concept, E-Commerce for on-demand Manufacturing, Machine Tool Aplication, IIoT Solution, RPA, LowCode, Cloud, AR/VR, AI, Big Data.

• Verify & confirm backlog result and demo output to Product Owner. • Act as a middleman role between PO & Developers. • Gather the customer needs, define and order the Product Backlog. • Plan how to realize the Backlog together with the team. Decide when the product increments can be released to the customers.

• Responsible for the whole development & project delivery of Automotive & Manufacturing Industry services in the EU market with resource from offshore, nearshore & onsite. • Develop business plan, budget plan, & resource plan under my scope. • Work closely together with sales & marketing departments to generate lead & follow-up opportunities

-Responsible for software outsourcing projects and Offshore Development Centre for automotive/manufacturing customer in EU. -Manage operation of the Business Unit with EU customers including people management, process management, opportunity & grow management. -Perform project management (monitoring, controlling project scope, timeline, cost, quality, human resource, communication, stakeholders and risks) of key projects.

• Responsible for the implementation & maintainance of the Distribution Management Solution including Sales Force Automation built on top of SAP B1 & Acumatica ERP in the Asia region. • Build Standard Project Management Framework for the whole company. • Lead the Project Management Office (PMO) to manage & direct all projects within company.

• Implement Distribution Management Solution including Sales Force Automation for FMCG and F&B companies in Vietnam & Myanmar. • Manage the Service Delivery Management (incident, problem, change management). Help company to build the competency and get the certificate for ISO 20000 for application managed service. • Monitoring & Controlling project scope, timeline, cost, quality, human resource, stakeholders, communication & risks. • Build the Knowledge Base repository of company products & solutions.

• Develop a business web application to manage movements of ice-cream cabinets running in 5 Asia Pacific countries. • Develop data integration with SAP. • Onsite at the customer data center in the UK for data migration activity.

Develop retail solutions (POS, Back-end, customer loyalty system) for Commercial Center and Supermarket.
