Lead regional innovation projects implementation inside the factory providing technical support during first production batch. Make Brief documents to support Engineering team with technical information in new projects and final execution into plants. Responsible for update process sheets into PMS (Siemens PCS7). Participate in HAZOP and PHA assessments of new and modified manufacturing processes Lead value and cost management projects. Work with R&D to improve and reduce batch cycle time.

Lead Hair process area team (3 batch plants and 1 semicontinuous – 10-person team - 85 tons/year). Responsible for management reporting and KPI achievement. Lead and supervise the daily routine and non-routine production activities to ensure the production plan is fulfilled. Assure all team members are properly trained in critical areas of safety, environmental, quality and change management. Make sure all equipment and production devices are maintained, calibrated and in best conditions.

Identify and implement solutions to eliminate Waste and Loss, according to the WCM prioritization process using AM, PM, FI and QC pillar tools and methodologies. Analyse and create Technical Standards to ensure process stability on the line. Lead the monthly inventory of the plant. Strong Root-Cause analysis skills with CAPA (Corrective and preventive actions)

Lead new pilot plant construction for Home and Personal Care products. Manage R&D capex for new facilities. Responsible for budget control. Support R&D formulation teams with purchase abroad of raw materials, tests products and shipping by courier.

Process CRM tickets (returns, rejections and non-conformities) Make a statistical analysis of monthly claims submitted reports and conclusions.
