I work on a new project where I try to deepen HSBC's relationships with salary customers. I play an active and unique role in this project by finding and implementing new plans and methods. I am the one in the HSBC Turkey HQ who analyzes their behaviour and/or data, and tries to make salary customers more productive and profitable. For salary customers, our main goal is to increase cross sell. After I started this position, we could move to our goal step by step.

My responsibility was mostly on digital marketing, also I had the chance to deal with the company's daily and weekly business plans. I created and developed the social media channels of this firm. I developed a new basic business plan for the company so as to work more planned and catch deadlines for all employees. After I left, they continued to follow the same plans I created.

I was a part of the marketing team.We tried to have the best marketing plan for the new application of the company"Brainquire".My responsibilities made of two parts:Digital marketing plans and customer communication.I have been in the team who accomplished to build and develop new app's social media channels.Also,I supported the communications with potential customers to gain new users of this brain development application.While working,I made new connections which turned into many customers.

As the intern group we managed a project, developed and maintained a detailed project plan. In four groups, my group's project plan won the competition which is at the end of the internship.
