• Handling customer information and quotation requests by e-mail, phone, and website • Document reviews for subsidiaries in other countries • Training sales officers on administrative data entry of new prospects and clients • Updating data and excel spreadsheets to improve work performance • Assisting sales officers with quotations and communication with clients

• Incoming/outgoing customers calls, e-mails, mail. • Data entry & stock management of fresh produce (ensuring FIFO method) • Handling orders & quotes for sales officers in their absence • Assisting upper management • Handling import transportation from China to Holland & France. Monitoring storage capacity in warehouses • Statistics monitoring and late payment notices for sales officers using accounting program SAGE • Coordinating transportation for incoming and outgoing orders to ensure on-time delivery

• Preparing orders respecting FIFO requirements • Sealing and labelling • Packaging
