Developing overall plans, section and elevation for projects spanning from LP1 to LP5, playing a significant role in producing detailed design drawings adhering to industry standards such as DIN, HOAI, and VOB. During this period, I have exclusively worked on a large residential project, a preservation project for an existing administrative industrial building, and attaching new extension to an existing school.

Creating territorial analysis maps in different scales, highlighting the main accessibilities and routes, while providing the intensity of various cities and villages corresponding the area. Graphic representation for the drawings; plans, sections, and elevations.

Working on the company's competition projects, in creating landscape designs and producing 3d renders and 3d-visualisation movies. Developing equipment and furniture drawings and lists for Hospital complex, 5-Stars hotel, Service Building on Youth Village project.

Imposing adaptive reuse for existing spaces to conferences and Multi-Purpose Halls in administrator buildings through effective internal design. Planning the designed space, sound distribution and lighting concepts, defining finishes materials. Producing architectural drawings and 3d-visualisation to elaborate the space.

Managing the construction of projects and overseeing the building work with a sharp eye, undertaking surveys and as built drawings to ensure the work is completed as planned. Setting out sites and organising facilities while supervising contracted staff and workers, ensuring projects meet the agreed specifications, budgets and time schedule, Liaising with clients, subcontractors, material suppliers and other professional staff.

Creating all the architectural and engineering drawings for a project, analysing projects’ feasibility and cost, studying how to induce projects to develop suffered communities.

Creating architectural designs for new buildings, rehabilitation and renovations. Playing a vital role in project and management team, organizing meetings bringing different parties together while discussing the project ideas and requirements, by which as an architect my role was to bridge the gap of disagreements to achieve the work aims. Travelling regularly to construction sites to assure the projects are running according to both schedule and budget.

Leading students from preliminary design concepts to final architectural solutions, and supporting them to overcome designs’ challenges and achieving project's objectives. Attending meetings with the architectural faculty's teaching staff to collaborate in rising students’ success. Motivating and encouraging the students while monitoring their progress.

Innovating creative designs for buildings and out-door spaces. Negotiating with clients and making sure the work satisfy their requirements. Designing landscape and site treatment projects, providing environmental solutions in these designs, coordinating and directing landscape designs and company's competitions which I became responsible of. Meeting the projects’ designs with limited constraining factors such as town planning regulations and environmental rules.
