Site-level SAP instance implementation and its integration with APICS (MES) system to collect data and measure performance of production lines. • Responsible for overall execution and delivery of core ECC functionalities across FICO, MM, QM/BM, and SCM modules and their integration with MES (APICS) solution. • Designed and proposed delivery ROADMAP of 13 sites across EMEA region bundled with budget forecast for each site individually as well as program. • Total budget of EUR 12mil.

• Been joining the ongoing project to replace the current program manager and bring the program back to "Green" • Responsible for core ECC functionalities across FICO, MM, QM/BM, and SCM modules delivery • Responsible for non-ERP and 3rd party systems integrations • Responsible for the coordination of activities across business and technology organizations • Interface with Change Management, and Change Advisory Board • Overall budget responsibility of $ 9mil

• Responsible for overall execution of Explore Phase of the S4HANA project (setting up the Training environment, enabling Test Sand Box, executing DDA (Digital Discovery Assessment), Business Process Mapping and Business Process Mining, delivering next Phase Program Planning, formulating Key Design Decisions for Change Advisory Board). • Covering all modules: FI/CO, SD, TR, PS, MM, PM/PP, and BW. • Reported on forecasted project budget of $ 2mil.

Leading Data Quality and Data Integrity initiatives to enhance capability of Manufacturing process and comply with new GAMP regulatory policies.  Managing global delivery of backup and restore capability (Acronis Back Up Solution) to provide Disaster Recovery capability to manufacturing sites who handle regulatory sensitive data (GMP Good manufacturing Practice).  Managing global migration of application (70+) interfaces to provide users with uniform experience for User Request Access process.

• Lead all integration activities for the global SAP S/4HANA template rollout. • Manage the delivery of multiple SAP modules’ functional components, including MM, SD, FI, and CO. • Direct the SAP S/4HANA deployment in Bulgaria, including integration with third-party logistics (3PL) provider Scorpion Shipping. • Create a new reporting structure, fully aligned PMO processes, and stakeholder engagement channels. • Plan and manage $1.5mil project budget.
