Managed the online communications of the EU humanitarian aid and civil protection department (~€1 billion annual turnover) through: - development and implementation of the organisation's digital and editorial strategies (multi-lingual, cross-platform); - coordination and revision of real-time content from crisis zones around the world; - liaison with partner aid organisations, UN agencies, and humanitarian news platforms.

Consulted the Commission’s multi-annual project of re-positioning its web presence: - stakeholder management and internal advocacy; - development of language and content policy tools; - content and policy analysis.

Produced communication materials of EU institutions, including: - bid and tender writing; - analysis and development of institutional communication strategies; - drafting scripts of audio-visual content and copy-writing; - management of the PR and communication efforts of the Emakina Group (9 agencies in 4 countries) through its corporate blog, press releases, newsletters, social media, and publications.

Drafted for obligatory military service in an elite intelligence unit of the Israeli army.
