Senior estimator responsible for the commercial department of a top 30 public works and construction company. Identification and selection of business opportunities and portfolio management clients, in line with the annual objectives. Managing the estimation team and sub-contractors, ensuring the coordination of design in EPCM tenders. Total annual bids reaching $770 million, which resulted in contracts in excess of $110 million.

Responsible for the creation and development of the Infrastructure division within a $45 million turnover public works and construction company. The department reached a turnover of $17 million at the end of the first three years in line with the objectives, standing out the implementation of road projects, wind farms and urban infrastructure.

Responsible for the following functional operational areas within a $5 million turnover public works and construction company: Buildings, Road and urban infrastructures, water supply and sewage network, Property Development. Managing up to 4 direct reports, responsible for a team of 50. * Career began as Construction Manager-Trainee having progressed until his appointment as Director Nov.2002
