Designed and delivered 10 information sessions over 5 semesters, introducing the UEsearch and Exhibition Platform to 250+ faculty and students across UE campuses. Drove a 20% increase in student submissions across successive semesters. Served as primary liaison between department, faculty, and students, onboarding 60+ students. Curated and structured 360 projects (from a pool of 1,200) and 105 publications in WordPress, improving searchability and navigation.

Led network performance optimisation across 5G deployment and LTE national roaming, using benchmarking and data analysis to improve throughput, latency, and overall network quality. Coordinated with international equipment vendors and internal teams to evaluate new features, resolve technical issues, and align on implementation strategy. Authored recurring performance reports for senior management, translating complex technical data into clear, decision-ready insights.

Communication Design BA focused on visual narratives across advertising, editorial, poster, book, and logo design, alongside design theory. Key projects: Beats of Changes, a data-driven website visualizing techno music history; Copy, a rebranding proposal for a Berlin print studio. Thesis: Applying User-Centred Design Principles to Redesign High School Textbooks, focused on usability and engagement in learning.
