In this role I was a main contact for Greentube’s development partners throughout a game’s lifecycle. Responsibilities included communicating timelines between studios and internal teams for roadmap launches, understanding and communicating technical issues / game bugs, their severity and how / if these were necessary to handle. Coordinate game changes in the live environment and align with the involved parties throughout the process (Games Delivery, QA, Certification, Compliance teams)

Admin role includes authorising/declining treatment, handling calls/emails and creating reports. Received great praise from clients for my helpful and caring attitude. Difficult calls such as assisting clients affected by cancer, Parkinson’s or other severe conditions. MD Specifically asked for me to return due to my dependability and work ethic between jobs. I worked part time as I was studying a Full Stack web development course.

Provided hire vehicles for clients, handled calls, emails and admin duties between suppliers and clients. Dealt with scenarios regularly where drivers or vehicles became unavailable at short notice, having to replan logistics between several parties quickly.

Promoted to Level 2 teacher by CIPTC after only one semester, usually taking 2 or 3. Active in CIPTC community, helped form the first company sports team and volunteered to support new employees adjust to life in China.

I work for Volkswagen as a Customer Care Specialist. I work on the phone speaking to customers and garages on a daily basis arranging replacement vehicles for anyone who breaks down with a warrantable fault, that is not fixable by a roadside patrol.

Some of my Responsibilities include; serving food and drink, taking wine orders for re-stocking, replacing drinks on tap, assisting with basic tasks in the kitchen when needed, cleaning of the bar, restaurant and kitchen and setting up decorations for special events.
