As a Product Lead, I led the product chapter and paired with the leadership to achieve operational excellence with our talents in client engagements. This role saw setting up and leading multiple project teams, articulating the client’s vision and strategy as well as executing product development and venture building efforts in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.

IBM iX is one of the largest digital and design consultancies in the world. As a Managing Consultant, I advised large organizations across industries in their digital transformation journey taking a human-centered, outcomes-led approach to defining strategies, products and services that deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role saw me planning, executing and facilitating design activities in client engagements, leading and managing teams and driving design excellence in the line of business.

As a Senior Consultant at IBM iX and founding member of the IBM Design Studios Hamburg, I supported the senior leadership in executing the global design transformation program in DACH. This role saw me promoting and leveraging Enterprise Design Thinking (EDT) across all service lines and applying it in practice in discovery-focused client engagements.
