I am assisting multiple DAX30 (30 largest German blue chips) around the world with the following: + Establishing incident response program plans, process flow and playbooks + Threat hunting with open source tools, e.g. GRR Rapid Response + Designing and bootstrapping incident response infrastructure for quick deployment + Planning and deployment of passive network security monitoring measures to create visibility + Developing intrusion detection (Suricata/Snort) rules to detect attacker actions

I wrote my Graduation-Thesis in cooperation with PwC's Cyber Security Team: Increasing Robustness of Snort-based IDS in ICS • Found numerous vulnerabilities and weaknesses in software and client infrastructure, conducting black- and white box penetration tests. • Responded to ransomware cases at SMEs, providing insight to malware and compromise.
