During my two years with Bobst I mainly worked in China and England (9 months each). My responsibilities included: • Project Management of the installation (6-12 Mio SFr / installation) from start-up to final acceptance negotiations. • Management of project team (normally three mechanics and four electricians) • Supervision and training of the local staff (mainly construction staff and machine operators). • Write software to interface with local installations, databases and operational software.
