- Plan and implement promotions, events, competitions, and other programs to build and nurture communities - Coordinate and consolidate player feedback, isolating key issues to be brought to the development and publishing team - Research and identify key influencers (EN/DE) - Negotiate paid influencer campaigns (EN/DE) - Manage day-to-day contact with target media (DE) - Develop PR strategies and manage execution (DE)

- Serve as an advocate inside of Hi-Rez for the Gaming Community - Help contribute to key marketing initiatives - Manage social media platforms and official forums - Communicate important messages through social media, in-game marketing, and long form mediums (blog posts, forums) - Find and cultivate important community members to grow a healthy and vibrant game community - Plan and support Convention and Trade Show activities

- Create lesson plans and execute these for English as a foreign language, German, Politics and basic Algebra - Select and compile work material adapted to the specific learning objectives - Execute learning success controls and learning support - Support retrainees in preparation of specialist reports and presentations for final exams
