Reduction of variance between forecasts and sales.

Development and establishment of S&OP processes, e.g. consistent net planning with Supply Centers. Launch coordination and establishment of cross-functional launch network. Project Lead for project Supply Parameter Agreements (SPA) between Supply Center and affiliates. Implementation of SPA to ensure adherence to set targets, SC parameters and requirements. Supply Planning for Japan based on vendor managed inventory (VMI). Controlling of inventory levels, order processing, invoicing and master data reports.
