Hired as the primary recruiter to ramp up the IT Department due to the global roll out of Compass (Siebel CRM) in more then 54 countries. The Compass Delivery Center is growing from the local IT Provider for the Mercedes-Benz Customer Assistance Center to the Global Service Provider for the core CRM application of Daimler worldwide. To summarize, my role conducted the full-cycle recruitment process with advising the CAC regarding the setup of the IT and recruitment department and all HR related topics.
