My main responsibility is to ensure successful student acquisition process and marketing activities for all academic and corporate programs we offer. I am also a lecturer and a project coach. As a project coach, I assist students with their research - providing the necessary feedback or guidance for them to complete their Thesis writing.

Manage the marketing activities to attract more international students to apply to our study programs. I also assist with the consultation as well as the admission interview process of potential students.

As a tech savvy Talent Scout I assist in making good career moves. I’m building my knowledge in Talent Management and Employer Branding. I work on freelance and remote interim projects for clients based in Berlin. I also develop a network of tech talents wanting to work in Germany.

My primary responsibilities are executing recruitment and selection strategies and processes and ensuring that training execution and reports are flawless and as per standard to support the employees' development plans. ACHIEVEMENTS a. Fulfilled 80-96% of recruitment requisition per year b. Fulfilled hiring 40 laboratory personnel within the period of 2-3 weeks c. Was appointed as part of the team in a project to implement new Global HR System –socialization and deliver training

My main responsibility was as a liaison between the company, clients and Indonesian government offices in processing licenses and permits needed by clients.
