Perform IT Project Management responsibilities for WAN/CAN infrastructure projects within Europe and the Middle East. Duties include collecting functional requirements for WAN/CAN infrastructure upgrades and new implementations, project cost estimating, prepare project documentation and manage all processes of the project management life-cycle. Serve as the point of contact for all assigned projects and represent senior leadership (C-level) on all matters associated with the project.

Organizational Certification and Accreditation for Network Access, Information Assurance and Security training and certification, Vulnerability Management, continuous monitoring and elimination of threats and vulnerabilities from the US Army IT networks

Hold concurrent role responsible for battalion-level information technology (IT) and information assurance (IA) training program development, implementation, management, and tracking, in alignment with certification requirements. Manage IT training vendor engagement and scheduling efforts.

Manage the organization’s Lean Six Sigma (LSS) projects and lead teams of other LSS Green / Black Belts, providing professional mentoring, coaching, and development in support of personnel certification. Facilitate inter- and intra-organizational collaborations to develop end-to-end process improvements informed by best-practice standards and methodologies; foster relations and cultivate consensus among stakeholders.

Transitioned into US Army civilian role following career service as US Army senior NCO, remaining in Europe and assuming responsibility for Unit Status Reporting for three companies; prepared staff memorandums for the Commander, validated monthly operational reporting, and provided briefings to senior commanders; held collateral roles as Lean Six Sigma Project Manager, IT Training Manager, and Action Officer; managed IT and IA training / certification requirements.
