Teams based in Switzerland, Taiwan and China. Achieved cost, schedule and performance goals in market of more than 10M products sold per year. Initiated and launched innovative projects based on new ideas and new concepts. Contributed to technology surveys and market analysis.

 Led and managed multinational engineering team. Managed technical projects from initial concept through to market penetration of product.  Defined the ATLAS project (CERN LHC) network structure serving as the basis for the connectivity of hundreds of switches and 2,000 data sources networked together.  Appointed as Team Member of the European Commission on optical telecom and presentations conducted in Brussels in liaison with international R&D collaboration.

 Rapidly promoted to lead and manage the physics engineering team of the Space & Aeronautics Division, and to manage the development of complex imaging systems for satellites.  Successfully transferred technologies from the academy resulting in development of new products.
