Re-joined McAfee in Feb 2012 to manage the end-to-end recruitment (internally & externally) for Technical Support across EMEA. Additionally responsible for managing & developing our graduate program and providing the definition & content for our EMEA social media platforms & messaging.

Ochre House is one of Europe's leaders in new generation recruitment outsourcing and talent management. I was responsible for the managing the day-to-day operations and recruitment for AB-InBev in Western Europe. Leading a team of 8 direct and 5 indirect reports in 6 countries we managed & delivered the end-to-end recruitment process for all permanent hiring across all functions. My core responsibilities covered - team management & target setting, budget management, project management.

In August 2009 transitioned into a permanent position with McAfee Inc. from previously being based on site working via Ochre House Talent Management (RPO). Responsible for managing the end to end recruitment process for all internal & external hiring across Emerging Markets, Central Europe & Southern Europ; alongside managing the recruitment acivtity for Pre Sales and Professional Services throughout EMEA.

Based on site for McAfee I was responsible for all recruitment activity for R&D, Engineering & Technical Support in the UK & Israel. From 2008 my role evolved and I became responsible for managing the delivery & recruitment for Sales & Marketing, HR, Legal, Admin and Finance & Operations across Southern Europe, Central Europe and the Emerging Markets.

Senior Recruitment Consultant, placing permanent candidates within the Network / Telco and development sectors in IT. After a short period and I was offered a position to work directly for my main client Ochre House and join the on site delivery team at McAfee.

I worked as a Head-hunter working throughout the German market place. Working with SAP consultants and Project Managers to find them new positions in Europe. I left this position to relocate back into London.
