Concept, Design and Production of a variety of residential projects from new houses to renovations and additions. Primary relationship management with client and contractor. Also managed the business for this fast growing prestigious Architectural Firm.

Design and Production of Drawings and Specifications for a variety of high-end renovation and new house projects. Scope of responsibilities ranged from schematic design to final production of construction documents. Projects included brownstones and country residences.

Creator, shareholder and manager of one of the largest Corporate Communications companies in the U.S. Company services included corporate meetings and special events, training programs, multi-media, trade show support, video production, print and collateral and presentation support.

Responsible for the development of all new products, services and marketing promotional programs. Created and implemented many of the programs that are standard in the industry today such as the BusinessCard, multi-cause related marketing, Purchase Insurance and the Procurement Card. Managed a staff of 25 with annual budgets in excess of $20 million.

Responsible for the tracking and evaluation of all marketing and promotional programs company-wide. Managed a staff of 20 in New York and London.

Part of the team hired to build the first ever Marketing Department at this major Investment Banking Firms. Involved with Information Management, local and national advertising and a variety of promotional programs.

Designed, implemented and managed a number of Management Information Systems and systems development projects. Hired after completion of a summer internship program and convinced to complete studies at night as I was viewed as critical on a full-time basis for sensitive bank projects.
