Consulting support to address short-term issues and building a sustainable mid- to long-term Quality & R&D environment.

Leader of Senior European Chocolate Innovation Team, a sub-set of European Board, accountable for strategic Innovation management and development of organisational Innovation competence; Head of the European Activity Management team leading marketing execution and implementation of all Innovation activities; Leader of Sales & Op's team with demand-supply management of all new projects; Representative of all tier 2 markets within business.

Member of the regional management team with full Profit & Loss responsibility, one of the top performing businesses within Mars Inc. globally; Executive accountability for R&D & Quality incl. business functions Technology development, Product, Packaging & Process Innovation, Quality and Compliance for the Middle East, North African, Eastern and Mediterranean region including 2 factories; Div. Led the European Snackfood R&D category supporting the largest growing Mars Europe Snackfood segment with target growth of 80% annually; Full technical accountability for Product & Packaging development including technical portfolio accountability for Snickers, the 2nd largest Snackfood brand of Mars Europe; team of 25 employees and a budget of Eur 2.2M.

Accountable for product & packaging development and implementation of 50% of European sugar portfolio; member of Sugar R&D management team and co-leading European Sugar R&D team; team of 16 employees and a budget of Eur 0.5M.

Accountable for Quality Assurance and Implementation of all locally manufactured products; Site ISO and incident manager, Austrian representative in the European Quality organisation.
