Master thesis topic : "3D vs 2D ROS2 navigation for AMRs in uneven terrain" Exploration of different mapping, path planning and obstacle avoiding algorithms, frameworks and pieces of software through an evaluation based on different maps consisting of rough terrain, steep inclines and dynamic obstacles. Focus of the evaluation lies on safety of the robot and the people around it, performance (speed and accuracy of the navigation) and computation cost.
